Itinerary
  • Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival
    Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to hotel for check in and relax. Overnight in Hanoi.
  • Day 2: Hanoi (B, L, D)
    You are met at 08:30 am in the hotel lobby. There is a morning and afternoon schedule, as well as an organised lunch.
    Morning:
    • Ho Chi Minh Complex including his former stilt–house residence, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh Museum
    • The Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070
    • A local Vietnamese lunch
    Afternoon:
    • Hanoi Hilton museum (Hoa Lo prison)
    • Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake - the Ngoc Son Temple is set on a tiny island on Hoan Kiem Lake, its history dating back to the 13th century
    • A one-hour cyclo tour through the narrow, chaotic streets of the Old Quarter - a must for any visitor to Hanoi!
    • A traditional performance of the famous Vietnamese water puppets
    Back to hotel. Check in and relax.
    18:30 We start Hanoi street food tour. We will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. We eat as we go, trying seasonal fruits and sampling a tasty French-inspired snack from a street cart.
    Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter, we tempt our tastebuds with the famed Hanoi dishes such as Bun Cha Ta, Banh Cuon at a local eatery. Watch in awe as the skilled chefs demonstrate for you how this tasty dish is put together. Continuing into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter, we wander past street stalls and quiet residential lanes where you can observe local life that has changed little since Hanoi was founded over 1000 years ago.
    Our next two snack stops are at outdoor barbeque stalls. We sit down with the Hanoi locals and sample various meat, vegetable and bread specialties that are flame grilled over hot coals for extra flavour. It’s then time for dessert as we venture down a small alley to join in the local tradition of feasting on fresh fruit served in a cup and smothered with crushed iced and condensed milk – this speciality is one not to be missed!
    Our guide will take you to one of Hanoi’s best kept secrets, a hidden street food restaurant to taste top ten street foods in Hanoi is Banh My Hanoi, Vietnamese Rice Wine and famous Egg Coffee. This hard-to-find café is one of the few left in the narrow street inside the old quarter of Hanoi. Or, if coffee is not your style, a cold beer awaits!

  • Day 3: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B, L, D) ~ 140Km (2.5 – 3.5 hours driving)
    08:00 Our guide will pick your up up from your hotel. On the morning drive to Mai Chau, we'll leave the city behind and pass through craggy, mountainous landscape. We drive up a massive pass and end in the mountainous circus of Mai Chau around noon time. Lunch will be served in a local Thai house.
    In the afternoon, we’ll have a small walk around Mai Chau valley before getting a quick transfer to a small remote village of Mai Hich. Weather permits there’s a chance for a small cycling around the green village. Afterwards, we return for dinner and overnight in the stilt house with our friendly Thai hosts.
    With ‘Homestay’ experience, your overnight accommodation is provided by a local family in their traditional house-on-silts. There’s no private room and you’ll sleep on the floor in a large communal area. The sleeping corner is set up with a single mattress (thin, but adequate), blankets (ditto), pillow and mosquito net. The restroom is at international standard and a few steps from the main house
  • Day 4: Mai Chau – Pu Luong (B, L, D) ~ 80Km (2 – 3 hours driving)
    We leave our hosts after breakfast and drive East for about 15 km before entering the Pu Luong nature reserve. You’ll then get down the car for 2-hours trekking on single trail through Thai villages and rice terrace, with opportunity to take a break at local houses en-route.
    Meet your car again for a quick transfer to our lunch stop at a small lodge. In the afternoon, we step into the wild with an awesome hike on trails across the second half of the reserve to reach its Western edge. The hike is not too hard and lasts 3 to 4 hours. It makes it an intermediate level trek. Plan to bring along good shoes and batteries for your camera.
    After a demanding afternoon, we get to the ecolodge, check-in the private bungalows and go for a refreshing swim in the cascades and natural pools that surround the lodge. Homemade dinner before a well deserved time for rest. Overnight in Pu Luong.
  • Day 5: Pu Luong – Cuc Phuong National Park – Ninh Binh (B, L) ~ 145Km (3.5 – 4.5 hours driving)
    Easy morning, depending on the season and your preference, you can stay at the lodge and relax.
    Then we drive to Ninh Binh. On the way we visit Cuc Phuong National park. Upon arrival, visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre where you can capture snapshots of some of the rarest primate species in the world. Then set off on a 7km hike on trails with narrow rocky slopes to the “Big Tree” and a 200 million year old dinosaur fossil. Continue drive to Ninh Binh. Check in hotel and relax. Ovenright in Ninh Binh.
  • Day 6: Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B, L)
    08:00 We start to visit the the two temples of King Dinh and King Le in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu). King Dinh Tien Hoang chose this mountain location as the water systems fed from the mountains were perfect for both agriculture and defense. Enjoy the sight of palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions built by different dynasties and visit the Dinh and Le Temples, the two remaining architectures of Hoa Lu. Have lunch at local restaurant.
    After lunch you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.
    Then visit Bich Dong Pagoda comprising three pagodas located at different levels on a green mountain and the setting of the French film ‘Indochina’
    Back to harbor, check in and relax. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
  • Day 7: Ninh Binh – Hanoi (B, L) ~ 100Km (2 – 2.5 hours driving)
    Start our day tour of Bai Dinh pagoda & Trang An ecosystem. We spend time to visit the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters height, 100 tons weight. Have lunch at local restaurant.
    Continue to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which recently recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape. Boat takes you to visit cave complex of Trang An: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, the scenery of mountain and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh.
    Back to the Harbour and drive back to Hanoi.
  • Day 8: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho (B, L) – by private van ~ 270Km (5.5 – 6.5 hours driving)
    Breakfast at hotel.
    07:15 Our driver will pick you up at hotel and depart to Sapa, following Noi Bai - Lao Cai high-way. Along the way, you will have chance to contemplate the beauty of northwest mountains that terraced fields are sparkling in sunlight or dim in thick fog.
    12.15: Arrive in Sapa. Check in hotel and have lunch.
    In the afternoon, our guide in Sapa will pick up and start the trip in Sapa. You first sneak through the Sapa market and leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you follow a road going downhill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station for a while before continuing the trek on a dirt trail through rice paddy terraces. You also will enjoy spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river. You eventually arrive in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority. Relax and overnight in Sapa.

  • Day 9: Sapa – Fansipan – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B, L)
    After breakfast, we drive to Silver Waterfall. The Silver Waterfall is located about a half hour from Sapa town which offers stunning views over surrounding mountains and lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. You are advised to stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with people to understand their local life. Then we continue our drive uphill to the Heavens Gate, the highest stretch of road in Vietnam as well as the provincial border of Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces. Enjoy fantastic view over the valley!
    Optional: Then take a cable car to Fansipan mountain. Currently the highest point of Fansipan is at 3,143m high. As you know the cable car in Sapa is the world’s longest and highest cable car, running up from sleepy Sapa Town in Lao Cai Province to the peak of Fansipan Mountain, known as Indochina’s rooftop. Enjoy the view from the highest point of this incredible mountain. The lush green and subtropical vegetation makes this mountain really very beautiful. Take some pictures for unforgettable experience from the top. After taking scenery then get cable car back to Sapa. (It costs you 34 USD/ per person for the ticket)
    Then we start trekking. The first part is on the road but we soon turn to the right and walk on a small path down the valley to the Muong Hoa River and from here to the Black H’mong village Lao Chai. Black H’mong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa area. They are proud of their culture and keep their traditions and way of living. They have their own language and wear traditional indigio blue clothing. After this you continue to Ta Van village (1.200 m) to visit Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group of about 38.000 people who live mainly in the mountains in Northwest Vietnam. The development has meant that some of their old customs have been lost but many women still wear traditional shirts with a purple, blue or green color. The Zay houses are build of wood and bamboo with a clay floor. Overnight in Sapa.

  • Day 10: Sapa – Hoang Su Phi (B, L) ~ 190Km (5 – 7 hours driving)
    After the breakfast, We go to the Bac Ha market for two hours by a private car (AC). This is the largest market in the region, a place where many ethnic groups gather to buy and sell, eat and drink together. There are 10 minority groups in the Bac Ha region. You can buy homemade handicrafts and clothes.
    Then you will drive to Hoang Su Phi, where you will have a chance to admire one of the greatest terraced rice fields in Vietnam. Established hundreds of years ago, Hoang Su Phi District is now home to more than 60,000 people, representing 17 ethnic minority groups. They live mainly on rice cultivation and other subsistence crops. In the rocky mountainous areas of Hoang Su Phi District in the northern border province of Ha Giang, the Dao, Hmong and Nung ethnic people cultivate paddies after rains have covered the drought affected fields in late June. You will have the rest of the day at leisure and you will have a restful overnight stay at the Pan Hou Lodge.
    • Note: Bac Ha market only takes place on Sunday. This itinerary can be changed upon your departure date.

  • Day 11: Hoang Su Phi – Ha Giang (B, L) ~ 110Km (3.5 – 4.5 hours driving)
    After breakfast, you will follow trails winding through rice terraces across Nam Khoa village, a place inhabited by the Man Ta Pan ethnic group. It is the good time to admire the stunning views of the terraces and discover the daily life of the inhabitants throughout this trek and you will most notably meet Man Ta Pan and Long Tunics Dao. The trek itself was not hard but the weather condition made it tougher than normal. Therefore, you should search the weather forecast before trekking. That sunbeam created a great exposure on how green the rice fields were.
    Besides, you can learn about the culture of the Red Dzao and visit tea field nearby in Phin Ho village to learn about the oldest Shan Tuyet tea trees and its importances in their culture and lives. You took a rest before heading for an adventure on the next to Nam Ai, where the Long Tunics Dao settles down. More chance to see the differences between the Red Dao and the Long Tunics Dao as well as enjoy an amazing meal with garden–produced ingredients. At Nam Ai, you will see old tea plant (more than 100 years old) with buds have white hairs, it is called Shan Tuyet tea – a famous tea in Vietnam. And enjoy fresh tea in here.
    Then drive to Ha Giang. Overnight in Ha Giang.

  • Day 12: Ha Giang – Dong Van (B, L, D) ~ 140Km (4.5 – 6 hours driving)
    Breakfast at hotel. Then we drive to Meo Vac, one the way we will visit Lung Khuy cave. One of the highlights of the trip today is a great drive to Ma Pi Leng, a breathtaking pass with great scenery from atop the pass. After visiting Meo Vac, you will head to visit Dong Van Market, known as the cradle of the Blue H'mong & Lo Lo people, who mainly live on the hill–sides and work on the rice terraces, along the beautiful plateau, covered with great rock formations. Check in and relax. Overnight in Dong Van.

  • Day 13: Dong Van – Cao Bang (B, L, D) ~ 220Km (6.5 – 8.5 hours driving)
    Today, you will spend the day on a scenic drive to Cao Bang. You will pass by and through many valleys, mountains, villages and waterfalls. The journey is an adventure in itself, and you will be rewarded with wonderful and sensational landscapes. You will arrive in Cao Bang in the late evening and stay overnight. Overnight in Cao Bang.

  • Day 14: Cao Bang – Ban Gioc waterfall – Cao Bang (B, L, D) ~ 80Km (2 – 3.5 hours driving)
    You will depart today and go to Ban Gioc Waterfall (the most tranquil waterfall in Vietnam) via the scenic pass of Ma Phuc. Arriving in Ban Gioc beforeit becomes crowded by other tourists, you will have the best photo ops before transferring to Nguom Ngao Grotto. You will take a short trek to the grotto and then drive back to Cao Bang. The rest of the day will be free and you will again stay overnight in Cao Bang.

  • Day 15: Cao Bang – Ba Be lake (B, L, D) ~ 120Km (3 – 4.5 hours driving)
    Today we go through Ma Phuc pass and continue to Ba Be National Park for a boat ride along the Nang River, with time to explore Ba Be Lake, the caves of Puong Grotto, the rapids ofthe Dau Dang waterfall and tiny Widow Island. You will also visit the stilt houses of the Tay community in Bo Lu Village, where you will spend the night in a homestay.
    Approx: 3 – 5 hours walking.
  • Day 16: Ba Be – Hanoi (B, L) ~ 230Km (3 – 4.5 hours driving)
    We stroll along the riverfront, visit some lovely villages and hike the upper reaches of the lake, in an area marked by massive limestone cliffs and mountains. Time for visiting Hua Ma cave, the biggest dry cave in Northeast Vietnam. Lunch in a local restaurant, it is our journey back to Hanoi. Check in on arrival and relax. Overnight in Hanoi.

  • Day 17: Hanoi – Halong bay (B, L, D) ~ 180Km (3.5 – 4 hours driving)
    07:15 – 08:00 Pick up at hotel by shuttle van of cruise company for three and a half hours road trip with short refreshment on half way to Halong Bay.
    12:00 Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour, enter our waiting lounge for short break before getting on boat
    12:30 Enjoy a welcome drink on board
    13:00 Cruising through Bai Tu Long Bay and having lunch with Set Menu
    15:00 Exploring Vung Vieng Village: Guest choose to discover the daily life of the fisher communities with bamboo boat (one hour) or kayaking around Vung Vieng area (one hour)
    16:30 Swimming, Sunbathing and Relaxing at Ban Chan Beach.
    17:30 Relax and enjoy the sunset cocktail while the boat is cruising to Cong Dong - Cong Do area. Docking for overnight.
    19:30 Having BBQ dinner

  • Day 18: Halong bay – Hanoi (BR)
    06:30 Rise early for morning tai chi on the sundeck.
    07:15 Enjoy a light breakfast while cruising to Hon Co area.
    08:00 Exploring the Thien Canh Son Cave. Located at the centre of the World Heritage Area- Halong Bay, Thien Canh Son Cave treats tourists to the wild and mysterious beauty of nature
    09:30 Return to the boat for check out and relaxing on sundeck or watching fruits carving demonstration
    10:30 Enjoy the last of the Ha Long Bay scenery over lunch as the boat cruises back to shore
    11:45 Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside our waiting lounge and waiting for return transportation.
    15:20 Arrive in Hanoi. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Dong Hoi (VN8593 – 17:20 – 18:50). Upon arrival, our drive will pick you up and transfer to hotel. Relax and overnight in Dong Hoi.
  • Day 19: Dong Hoi – Phong Nha Cave – Paradise Cave – Hue (B, L)
    08:00 Our guide and drive will pick you up and start the trip to visit Phong Nha Cave First is considered "First wonders" Take a boat approx 5km along the Son River to tour the Phong Nha Cave (river cave). Yacht upstream Son river dreaming, enjoy charming natural scenery either side, you will see pictures of the girls, the children have fun on the waterfront and have the opportunity to experience the daily life of the neighborhood riverside village bearing the Vietnamese country soul. Conquering the Phong Nha Cave: The longest cave in Southeast Asia, enjoy the scenery spectacular limestone, underground river system and unique stalactite in the world. Caving Fairy & Imperial admire the beautiful stalactites blocks are created by nature over thousands of millennia.
    11:30 Return to the Xuan Son marina.
    12:00 Lunch at a restaurant with local specialties from the people here processing. 13:30 Continue the journey to visit the Paradise Cave
    14:00 Paradise Cave is first discovered in 2005 by the British Cave Research Association, It’s a largest and most beautiful cave in the Phong Nha – Ke Bang area by British spelunkers. It is said that the cave's beauty is reminiscent of an imperial palace and very well resented with easy access, great walkways, and excellent feature lighting which made it extra special. You take the electrical car from the parking to the foothills of the cave (2km). Admire countless stalactites with different shapes: Thach Thien Cung, waterfall Thien Ha, Quan Tien converging, Thap Lien flower... Before your eyes the image of typical terraced rice civilization, Champa tower, Buddha Guanyin, Phuc Loc Tho, Rong House of Highlands Vietnam...
    Then drive to Hue via Ben Hai River, Hien Luong Bridge, lying in the Demilitarized Zone of the Vietnam war and Dong Ha Town. Check in and relax. Overnight in Hue.

  • Day 20: Hue (B, L)
    The beautiful riverside pagoda of Thien Mu which now becomes the symbol of Hue, and the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh are not to be missed. We include these in a guided cruise on the Perfume River which also gives us a taste of the scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable visit to the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. After an impressive boat trip we return to the town. Sightseeing tour takes us in the massive citadel, containing the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins and enjoy a walk to the bustling Dong Ba Market that sells a wide variety of local goods and handicrafts. Along the way we pass by many fantastic eating spots, ideal places for visitors to sample some local delicacies. Overnight in Hue.
  • Day 21: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, L)
    Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Da Nang via beautifully Hai Van Pass, stop on they way for breath taking at Lang Co Beach, then continue to Da Nang, visit Ba Na Hill. Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour, Linh Ung Pagoda and special: The golden bridge or vietnam hand bridge.
    Continue to visit Marble Moutains, the mountains stand for 5 element on earth like: Metal, Plant, Water, Fire, Earth. You can climb up the mountain to visit a pagoda in Huyen Khong Cave. Down the the mountain is the stone carving village, you can watch the art work on site with marble stone. Then transfer to Hoi An, the famous World Cuture Heritage town. Check in on arrival. Overnight in Hoi An.
  • Day 22: Hoi An (B)
    Free at leisure at the hotel and then discover Hoi An city by yourself or relax on beach. Overnight in Hoi An.
    Note: Hoi An is one of the best places for relaxing in Vietnam. You will have many options as relax on beach, walk around ancient town, ride a bike to villages, take a boat trip on river, visit handicraft, visit Cham island, My Son...
  • Day 23: Hoi An (B)
    Free at leisure at the hotel and then discover Hoi An city by yourself or relax on beach. Overnight in Hoi An.
  • Day 24: Hoi An – Da Nang – Da Lat (B) – by flight
    Free at leisure at the hotel and then discover Hoi An city by yourself or relax on beach. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Da Lat (VN1955 – 19:25 – 21:05). Upon arrival, our drive will pick you up and transfer to hotel. Relax and overnight in Da Lat.
    Note: the time of this flight can be change to VN1955 – 12:15 – 3:30, depends on the season
  • Day 25: Da Lat – Join Canyoning tour (B, L)
    The area where you will navigate your way through a canyon and learn how to play the abseiling. Canyoning is one of the most modern adventure sports that allow you to discover the wonders and mysteries of nature in its purest form. Walking, jumping, sliding and swimming in the waterfalls, you will discover fantastic canyons and face the challenges of incredible gorges.
    During this unique journey of unforgettable experiences you will be accompanied by canyoning professionals and expert guides.
    PROGRAM:
    - Pick up at your hotel, depart to Datanla waterfalls;
    - You have a hour to learn using the equipments and training dry abseiling (safety and base technique);
    - Have fun with the first 18m abseil, then the second one with 15m;
    - Enjoy the waterslides before have lunch by the big waterfalls.
    - After lunch is the advanced abseil right the center of a 25m waterfalls, it's real canyoning;
    - Free time to pump yourself in a 8m cliff jump, and make the "Bomb water";
    - Last one, a 15m rappelling into Washing Machine, leaving you soaked satisfied and cleaning;
    - Return to Da Lat just in time for happy day and experience.
    Bring: shoes or sandals, shorts, T-shirt, camera, sun block, sun glasses.
    Relax and overnight in Da Lat.

    Optional: City tour

    Our guide will pick up and visit the flower city in Vietnam. Start with a scenic cable ride to have panoramic view over the verdant city. Then to visit Truc Lam meditation Monasterywith Vietnamese design, in Truc Lam we can take a view to Tuyen Lam lake, which has immense water surrounded by lush greenery.
    Continue our trip to Datanla waterfalls, a beautiful waterfall in Dalat. Move to Valley of love, where you can take many nice photo with flowers. Then visit XQ Historical embroidery art Village, which creates delicate and refined embroidered pictures. The time to make such art work is 3 years. Continue to Old Train Station and Crazy house.
    After that, transfer to visit the Summer Palace, which used to be the retreat for our last emperor - Bao Dai and Nam Phuong Queen during summers. Our last destination is Domain de Marie Church, a Church with beautiful French architecture.
    Relax and overnight in Da Lat.
  • Day 26: Da Lat – Lak Lake – by 4 Easy Rider & 4 motorbike (B, L) ~ 160Km (4.5 – 6.5 hours driving)
    08:00 Our guide will pick up and transfer directly to Lak Lake (around 160 km).
    Taking the country road to visit: Dalat agriculture farm with plenty of vegetables, the greenhouses of flowers, coffee plantations, the silk village (Visit all the process of making silk, such as silkworm keeping, mulberry plantation, silk factory...) and the Elephant waterfall.
    You also have time to enjoy Vietnamese coffee in the local cafe and watch the way of Vietnamese making rice wine. Arrive at Lak Lake with a visit to the Jun Minority Village (M'Nong ethnic group). Then enjoy the gong music dancing show with local wine drinking. Overnight at Lak lake.

  • Day 27: Lak Lake – Ban Me Thuot – Ho Chi Minh city (B, L) – by flight ~ 60Km
    Crossing Lak lake by boat or traveling on the back of elephant to the M’ Lieng minority village, with many opportunities of taking pictures of people farming and fishing. Continue travel to Ban Me Thuot City for lunch.
    On the way, visit the waterfalls, we have a chance to enjoy 3 impressive waterfalls in the Central Highlands.
    The first one we will visit is Dray Sap . Water falls down from high cliff, making the water become mist and look like smoke. “Dray Sap” means “Smoke Waterfall” in Ede language. The same Dray Sap, Dray Nu waterfall is created by Krong Kno river. Water passes down and through steep cliffs, making the waterfall rumbling and majestic. Continue your visit with Gia Long waterfall/ Dray Sap Thuong (Upper Dray Sap), 6km far aways from Dray Sap, the upper reaches of the system of three waterfalls: Gia Long, Dray Nur and Dray Sap in Serepok River
    Arrive Ban Me Thuot, we will see Ethic museum , Minority village.
    After that transfer to the airport for the flight (VN1417 – 19:45 – 20:35) to Ho Chi Minh city. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
  • Day 28: Ho Chi Minh city – Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L, D)
    08:00 Our guide will pick you up at hotel. Transfer to the Cu Chi Tunnels (75 km from downtown). Visit Cu Chi tunnels with watching documentary film, witness hand-made weapon gallery (gun, land mine, bamboo traps,…), crawl into the real tunnels,… Back to Saigon. Have lunch at local restaurant.
    In the afternoon, we will visit the Former Presidential Palace, the War Crime Museum, the central complex of architecture: the Notre Dame Cathedral, the City Hall, the Municipal Theater, Ben Thanh market.
    18:45 We start Saigon Foodie Tour by motorbike and blend into the “Chaos in order” of Saigon’s traffic. We’ll ride you through criss cross streets of district 1, 2, 3, 4 for tasting the popular street foods and experiencing the evening life of Saigonese. We first stop at a local food store that famous for “Bánh Xèo” - Vietnamese Pancake serve with pork, shrimp, bean sprout and many other kinds of vegetable. Then, ride to another corner of the city to have a taste of “Ốc Bươu Nhồi”, Stuffed Snail with Chopped Pork. Next we ride you to local parks for joining evening exercise with locals and seeing the city panorama view after dark. Afterwards, your food journey continues with "Bánh canh ghẹ”, Crab Noodle Soup. Before heading back to hotel, we'll roll through the "Foodie Heaven", into a bustling street food corner to try out "Gỏi Cuốn" or Fresh Spring Roll - one of world's 50 best food and also two other versions of it. Ending with a glass of mix sugar cane and strawberry juice and a Flan for dessert. Seat back and enjoy your ride!!!

  • Day 29: Ho Chi Minh city – Can Tho (B, L)
    08:00 Our guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart to Cai Be. On the way you can see green rice paddy fields stretching towards the horizon. After arrival in Cai Be, a boat takes you to the floating market with sellers and buyers bargaining and exchanging their goods from their boats. This market nowadays is not as busy as before because after the two huge bridges named My Thuan & Can Tho finished, so almost of things are transferred by road. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how rice paste, coconut candy and pop-rice, popcorn is made. It is so interesting to visit the handicraft village, where you can see how they make some special products as: Making rice-net for spring rolls, fish sauce & Soya sauce, sewing coconut-leaves for cottage proof... Visit Cao Dai temple in Cai Be and see ceremony at noon if possible.
    A delicious lunch will be served at an ancient house over 170 years old or under the shade of local orchards on the An Binh Island. After lunch, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside to enjoy the peaceful time on smaller canals. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish or pick up fruits by ancestral ways in Mekong Delta.
    Boating to Vinhlong town then transfer by land to the city of Can Tho, the heart of the Mekong Delta. Check in on arrival and relax. Overnight in Can Tho.
  • Day 30: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh city – Departure (B, L)
    Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river (Bassac River), then proceed to Cai Rang floating markets, which are the liveliest in the whole religion.
    Have you ever tasted Vietnamese vermicelli soup? Well, now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people. Stop for lunch. Then transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for the your international flight. End of services.
